Emergency Shelter

The Emergency Shelter is a safe-house for survivors of Domestic Violence. Our 32 bed facility is a comfortable home that houses adult women and their children during crisis situations. During their stay, we encourage residents to make the Emergency Shelter their home, so we provide the following at no-cost for both adults and children:

  • Meals
  • Showers
  • Laundry appliances/ detergent
  • Clothing/ shoes
  • Children's play room/ play ground
  • Access to TV/ Computer/ Phone
  • Hygiene products & More

Support Services

During their stay, residents of the Emergency Shelter will have access to the free following services for both adults and children:

  • Support Groups
  • Individual Crisis Counseling
  • Case Management
  • Information/ Referrals
  • Court Advocacy
  • Safety Planning & More

Outreach Services

The Outreach Services are provided to victims of domestic violence and their children who reside within the community. These services are free and include:

  • Peer-Crisis Counseling
  • Safety Planning
  • Information and Referral
  • Support Groups
  • Classes Regarding Domestic Violence

Outreach Services also include educational presentations to the general public regarding:

  • Domestic Violence
  • Bullying
  • Dating Violence and Healthy Relationships
